Shipping options:

Acpe.gr offers three ways of shipping: a) By courier company (Courier), b) by transport company and c) by our own vehicles (delivery hours are 9:00-15:00). The choice of the shipping method is made by acpe.gr and the selection criteria are the volume, the weight of the order and the place of delivery. Delivery to inaccessible locations may require an additional charge from the local carrier.

Shipping charges:

The cost of transport which is charged to the customer at the completion of the order is determined by the place of shipment. To find out the shipping costs, fill in the postal code of the area where your order will be shipped, proceed to confirm the data, and the shipping costs will be displayed. You can then complete your order

Free shipping limit:

We offer free shipping for orders where the value of the products is over 200€. At times there may be promotions offering free shipping on orders with a lower purchase limit. In these cases you are informed by a banner when you enter our website. 

Shipping policies:

If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the problem. Please refer to the Warranty-Returns page for our return policy.

Packaging:

We pay special attention to the packaging of the products in your order to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. All orders are packaged securely and with protective materials to prevent damage in transit after delivery to the shipping company and courier.
