DIversey Clax Hypo conc. bleach with chlorine 20L
Clax Hypo conc. is a laundry bleach specially designed for use in professional laundries, suitable for all types of white fabrics and a limited number of indelible coloured fabrics.
Clax Hypo conc. is a concentrated bleach suitable for low temperatures, based on hypochlorite, alkaline and bleach stabilizers. It is a very thin-flowing liquid, which facilitates its pumping, thus ensuring optimal transfer to the washing solution. Clax Hypo conc. can be used on all types of white fabrics, as well as on coloured fabrics with chlorine compatible dyes such as surgical clothing. In order to achieve satisfactory bleaching and at the same time cause minimal damage to the fabrics, the temperature of the washing solution should ideally be kept below 30°C. This type of bleach should not be used on fabrics with chlorhexadiene stains.
In addition, Clax Hypo conc. ensures high levels of hygiene, provided that the temperature and pH conditions and contact time are appropriate. It is recommended to avoid contact of chlorine with products containing enzymes in the wash solution, as the enzymes will be deactivated by chlorine.
Instructions for use:
In order to achieve significant whitening results and to get the most out of Clax Hypo Conc, it is vital to know the correct dosage and instructions for use. By following these instructions, you can effectively enhance the brilliance of your fabrics while maintaining their integrity.
Dosage:
The dosage of Clax Hypo Conc depends on the specific characteristics of your wash. To ensure optimal bleaching results, refer to the recommended dosage: 5-10 millilitres per kilogram of dry linen. This dosage range is designed to provide effective bleaching without causing extensive damage to fabrics.
Usage:
To maximize the bleaching power of Clax Hypo Conc and achieve exceptional results, please note the following usage instructions:
Correct pH control: to optimize the bleaching process, it is important to control the pH of the washing solution. Higher pH levels reduce the "activity" of the chlorine, necessitating higher temperatures for effective bleaching. At pH 10.5, it is recommended that bleaching be carried out at temperatures ranging from 50-55°C.
Avoid chlorhexadiene reaction: Be careful and avoid using Clax Hypo Conc in combination with chlorhexadiene, as it may lead to the formation of dark stains that are difficult to remove.
Complete neutralisation of chlorine: After the bleaching process, ensure complete neutralization of residual chlorine during the final rinse. The use of a suitable product can effectively neutralise residual chlorine. Incomplete neutralisation may result in yellowing and deterioration of the fabric during high temperature drying.
Not suitable for nylon: Please note that Clax Hypo Conc is not recommended for cleaning nylon (polyamide) fabrics. Avoid using this product on nylon garments to avoid any damage.
