Optimum Degragerm is a liquid cleaner and disinfectant, with bactericidal and fungicidal action, that cleans and disinfects surfaces in food preparation areas in one phase. Its disinfectant action is due to the presence of quaternary ammonium compounds (benzalkonium chloride) and is not intended for disinfecting mechanical equipment in contact with foodstuffs that is not adequately ventilated. 

Instructions for use:

Dissolve 20ml of product in 1L of warm water (1:50 dilution). This solution contains 900ppm of quaternary ammonium salt. Cover or remove all food from the surface to be cleaned and Clean the surface from coarse dirt. Using a clean cloth, sponge or mop, apply the solution to the surface. Allow the product to act for 5 minutes for bactericidal activity and 15 minutes for fungicidal activity. Rinse food contact surfaces with drinking water. For surfaces not in contact with food, rinse with clean water where necessary. Surfaces are ready for use immediately after rinsing with clean water (where appropriate).
